Mr. Downing attended Wright State University for both his bachelors and masters degrees.
He grew up in a suburb just outside of Columbus. He is the middle of 2 brothers. He loves spending time with his dog, and when he's not at work he coaches Cross Fit at a gym in the area, which is also a ton of fun!
